Banana Cake

Ingredients :

1) 6 ozs. butter
2) 6 ozs. sugar
3) 2 eggs
4) 2 tablespoons milk mixed with 1 dessert-spoon lime juice
5) 1 cup mashed banana (about 3 large ripe "pisang hijau"
6) 8 ozs.flour
7) 1 teaspoon baking powder
8) 1 teaspoon bicarbonates of soda

*ingredients (6)(7)(8) sifted together

Method :

Cream butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add the milk and the banana. add the flour which has been sifted with baking power etc.bake in modern oven for about 1 hour.
